Which terms apply
The GreekSentry desktop application is governed by the Beta Notice and Software License, which you accept when you install or launch the app. If these website terms and the Beta Software License conflict about the app, the Beta Software License controls. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Information only, not advice
GreekSentry and this website provide software and general information about options risk monitoring. Nothing here is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, exercise or adjust any position. GreekSentry is not a broker or investment adviser and does not execute trades.
Estimates and data
Greeks, stress tests, scenarios and other figures shown by GreekSentry are estimates from pricing models and market data that can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always verify account and position information with your broker before making a decision. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Brokers and trademarks
Tradier, tastytrade, Robinhood and other broker names are trademarks of their owners. They are used only to describe compatibility and do not imply partnership, approval or endorsement. Your use of a broker's services is governed by your agreement with that broker.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Website content
The website's text, design and graphics belong to Greek Sentry LLC unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No warranty

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Greek Sentry LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
